Our new distribution center in Genk, Belgium
As part of our strategy to support the continuous growth of our business, we have developed a new logistic concept.
We are pleased to announce that we are centralising our entire European logistical activities in our new continental distribution center in Genk, Belgium, with a new logistics provider Katoen Natie B.V. (You will find the new address in “Where is the warehouse?”).
Our objective is to offer you continuous improvement in product availability and delivery accuracy.
The deliveries out of our new warehouse will be phased in beginning on 3 May 2010 as indicated in the schedule (See: “When will the transition occur ?”).

Why are you changing your logistical set-up?» Open answer
We are moving our warehouse from Greven, Germany, to Genk, Belgium, to consolidate our operations in a new location and to improve our efficiency and service to you, our customers.
When will the transition occur?» Open answer
The transition will occur in phases by country as indicated below:

Environmental regulations are handled by the legal entity in our Lausanne office, and this doesn’t change with the warehouse move.
Will this impact my lead time?» Open answer
The lead times indicated on your agreements will be respected.
Will there be any changes when I place my order?» Open answer
This change has no impact on order processing, invoicing or payment processing.
Will there be any changes in the EDI transmissions?» Open answer
There will be no changes to the way orders are processed through EDI.
